Have you ever been fascinated by those hardworking people who go to the gym every day, using all the machines and lifting heavy weights? Or those who run outside for a long distance without even sweating? Here are some tips that might reveal their secrets and help you become a little bit like them:)
TIP 1# – prepare your workouts WEEK ahead!
Sit down at the weekend and plan your coming week. Add the activities you will have, and manage your time to work out.
You will be surprised how much free time you have and how you can leverage it to achieve your goals.
TIP 2# – Try different types of sports
Try to combine different types of workouts into your schedule. Sometimes, just one kind of sport becomes boring quickly, and then you allow yourself to drop it easily.
But, when you try diverse workouts, you make the process more fun by trying different things, plus increasing your performance.
TIP 3# – Do your workouts in the morning!
When you finish your workout in the morning, it will give you a BOOST of energy and more free time throughout your day for other activities and things you have to do.
If you are shocked right now and thinking that is impossible, check out my post on “8 Tips to Become a Morning Person”
TIP 4# – Choose your workout outfit the night before!
This is my favorite Tip. Nothing gets me more excited for a workout than a good workout fit!
Right when you put it on, you start to feel energized!
Treat yourself to a little shopping spree for gym clothes that will make you feel confident and happy:)
TIP 5# – Prepare your meals on weekends!
One thing that I have been learning throughout the years is to be organized. When you sit down to plan your week, plan your meals too. Look at your schedule and decide how you can make the best use of your time. For example, if you know you are in school until 5:00 PM, pack a healthy lunch with some fruits aside instead of just snacks.
TIP 6# – Treat yourself on WEEKENDS
You have been working hard all week. Allow yourself to JUST REST!
Go & have fun! Do something you enjoy, something different!
That’s all for now!
