Society split into 2 groups.
Group 1# is the people who consider themselves as a night person.
They are more likely to push every single task they have to do to nighttime. They start their homework at 9:00 PM or even work out at 11:00 PM!
BUT, the second group of people is actually the opposite.
Those people are productive, organized, and making the most of their day.
So, what do you need to become one of those people? Here are some tips to help you accede!
TIP 1# – Set an alarm 1.5 hours before you usually wake up
If you wake up to school or work at 7:00 AM, Make sure you set your alarm to 5:30 AM. You won’t believe how much you can accomplish in that free time! That brings me to the next tip.
TIP 2# – Do your workouts in the morning!
You will find plenty of free time by moving your workout to the early morning, and let’s not even mention the energy it will bring you! If you are not working out daily, you can hit 20 of yoga or pilates, and you will already feel the change (Go check out my post “5 Tips that will BOOST your Fitness Life.”)
TIP 3# – Me time!
Ensure you’ll have at least 30 minutes of “me time” in the morning. It’s time for you to sit down and relax before your day starts. You can make yourself a coffee or tea and read a good book or watch your fav TV series.
TIP 4# – Prepare your things the night before!
Choose your outfit for the next day, charge all of your electronics, pick a workout outfit, AND make sure your room is organized & clean! Clean Space, clear Mind, remember that!
Tip 5# – plan your day ahead
Sit the night before and write down your plans for the next day. Make sure to include every activity and detail you will have! Start from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep.
TIP 6# – set your phone across your room and far from your bed
Yes, we are all having a hard time getting out of bed, so that’s why we are putting our phone away. Then we must get up and cancel the alarm in the morning! Guys, say goodbye to the snooze button!
TIP 7# – don’t give up on yourself!
Try hard! When you wake up, follow the schedule that you planned last night. Trust me, you’ll feel so much better when you are on time!
TIP 8# – Give it a chance!
Girls, a change doesn’t happen overnight! Don’t try the new routine for just one morning and decide it is not for you, WRONG! You should give it a good couple of days until your body gets used to it, then you’ll start to feel the difference!
